Our Cancelation Policy

Scope

This cancellation policy applies to all catering services provided by The Coffee Box.

 

Notice Periods and Refunds

  1. More than 30 days before the event:

    • Refund: Full refund minus a non-refundable booking fee of [amount/percentage].

  2. 15-30 days before the event:

    • Refund: 50% of the total cost.

  3. Less than 15 days before the event:

    • Refund: No refund.

 

Force Majeure
